As a former resident of Washington, DC (1997-2002), I am delighted to speak at Enterprise AI World 2024.
I currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. I work in the Morgan Hill global headquarters office for Specialized Bicycles, within their Global Rider Care (customer service) department. My primary responsibilities are managing our internal and external product knowledge systems to serve three specific audiences: customers, internal customer service agents, and our retailers. One of my key functions is implementing the vision of our senior leadership in improving our customer experience. I like to make things happen!
I have 18 years of experience in content creation and strategy, covering topics from renewable energy to health insurance to premium cycling products. My education background is also broad. I have a BA degree in Environmental Journalism and a MS degree in Health Education & Promotion. I am a Certified Health Education Specialist, serve on my local Community Emergency Response Team, and volunteer with a local Cancer Resource organization.
Working for a bicycle manufacturer has its perks. I enjoy regular lunch rides with my coworkers and weekend mountain bike rides. Previously I raced triathlons professionally, specializing in the Ironman distance.
