Amy Durst is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in banking and higher education, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Internal Support at Rogue Credit Union. Her career in financial services began at a small bank in Kentucky, where she developed a strong foundation in financial services and customer/member relations.

Upon relocating to the West Coast, Amy transitioned into the field of higher education, taking on several administrative and teaching roles at a community college, culminating in coordinating the college accreditation process. It was here that she discovered her passion for knowledge management. When the opportunity arose to combine her passion for service with knowledge capture at Rogue Credit Union, she embraced the challenge to create a new position for Internal Support within the organization.

As an advocate for the strategic importance of knowledge management in achieving business objectives, Amy established a knowledge content and management department at Rogue, which is now in its second year of existence.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and a Master's degree in Management & Leadership. She is also a KMI Certified Knowledge Manager.
